    Hello, Professor Tushar, My dad is diabetic patient from 10 years. Recently he got infected with extra pulmonary TB at neck. He used aukrit 4 that is combination drug of HRZE for 15 days which resulted in elevated LFT I.e SGPT,SGOt,ALP as well as uncontrolled blood sugar ranging upto approx 550. Then we admitted him in hospital where he was started with insulin therapy and only ethambutol was continued along with levofloxacin for some time. Now after having normal LFT doctor has prescribed rifampicin 600mg and isoniazid 300mg which he again used is resulting in red eye and fever of 102 degree Fahrenheit. Doctor has given paracetamol for controlling fever which is not working . I want some suggestion what shall I do ?Should we continue the drug or what can we do in this situation?
